Bio

Hannah Ireland is an artist and art educator originally from Chicago.

She has exhibited across the United States, including solo exhibitions at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, and in Chicago at the Harold Washington Library and Spudnik Press Cooperative (where she was Artist in Residence). She has also been included in numerous group shows at galleries including Woman Made Gallery in Chicago, Interlochen Center for the Arts in Michigan, Southern Graphics Council Conference, St. Louis University, and Des Lee Gallery in St Louis. Her artist books are in the collections of Harold Washington Library, Spudnik Press Cooperative and the Nancy Spirtas Kranzberg Book Studio.

Ireland received her BFA in Printmaking/Drawing from Washington University in St. Louis and her Master of Arts in Teaching at Maryland Institute College of Art.

She currently teaches middle and high school art at an International school in South America.
